The CTR sector EDTO is located within CTR EDTL and may only be flown in if:
-activation of sector has been confirmed by Flugleitung EDTO or
-an individual clearance for entry into the CTR Lahr has been granted by Tower Control EDTL, or
-the Approach Control LFST (119.580) confirms that the CTR EDTL Lahr is not active, if there is no Radio contact with Tower Control EDTL (125.180)

In case of CTR sector EDTO is active, the background airspace structure (airspace G resp. E) applies in this sector with the relevant specifications.
Overflights of villages and the prison (JVA) bordering the aerodrome shall be avoided if possible.
Aeroplanes, self-launching powered gliders, air sports equipment and rotorcraft will use the Asphalt runway. Any deviations are subject to approval by Flugleitung.
